Language on this site about supporting healthy glucose metabolism refers to metabolism already within the normal range.
Interactions and who should not take it
Several ingredients in the GlycoBalance formula have documented interactions: Panax ginseng with blood-thinning and diabetes medication, grapefruit seed extract with a long list of prescription drugs, L-tryptophan with serotonergic medicines, and licorice-derived monoammonium glycyrrhizinate with blood pressure. The formula also contains 75 mg of guarana seed extract, a natural source of caffeine, so it is not caffeine-free. It is not intended for anyone under 18, or for pregnant or nursing individuals without medical guidance.
