Contact the GlycoBalance editorial team
This is the contact page for the independent GlycoBalance guide. We are not the manufacturer, the brand or the store, so the right destination for your message depends on what you need.
What we can help with
- Corrections — if an ingredient, a dose, a price or a policy on this site no longer matches the current GlycoBalance label or checkout, tell us and we will fix it.
- Editorial and sourcing questions about how we researched the twenty-two actives and which references we used.
- Privacy requests about correspondence we hold, and press or partnership enquiries.
What we cannot help with
- Orders, shipping and tracking. We never see your order. The seller processes and ships within one business day and sends a tracking email; contact the address on your order confirmation.
- Refunds under the 60-day guarantee. The refund window is administered by the seller against its own order records. We hold none of them and cannot start, chase or approve a refund.
- Medical questions. We cannot tell you whether GlycoBalance is right for you, how it interacts with your prescription, or what your readings mean.
Email us
Write to contact@glycobalancees.com. Please include the page you are writing about and, for a correction, what the current label or checkout says. We read every message and reply to those we can genuinely help with, Monday to Friday.

A note on medical questions
If you take insulin or another glucose-lowering medication, a blood thinner or an SSRI, raise GlycoBalance with your doctor or pharmacist rather than with us. Several ingredients in the formula — Panax ginseng, grapefruit seed extract, L-tryptophan and the licorice-derived glycyrrhizinate — have documented interactions, and the guarana adds caffeine. Seek prompt medical attention for symptoms of very high or very low blood sugar.
